Models are icons that are presented to us as what we are supposed to strive for in beauty and body image. Has our mentality really become so superficial?

When we see images of what are deemed as perfect beautiful women why is it that we sometimes feel less about ourselves and undergo surgical procedures to look more like these women who are supposedly perfect.

If the truth were told (as is depicted in this video) these women rarely if ever start out with what the industry deems perfect. So it is no longer about beauty but who has the best plastic surgeon.

This video is very well done and paints a very good picture of how our society regards ‘so called’ beauty.
