For $5000.00, I'd get my money back, if that's the size they gave her!! For that money you better make me into like Wendy Whoppers or Pamela Anderson (just busting all over the place).
I couldn't even tell she had implants (if they are implants, they sure are small!!). Why have them small, if you're going to pay that much damn money!! I'd get my money back if I was her...
