Impulse buying can really wreck your cosmetic surgery budget.

Do you feel like you have to have the newest electronic "toys" even though the ones you have work perfectly fine?  Or are you one of those people who buys food at a grocery store and doesn't have a clue as to how to prepare it.  Do you go to the mall and shop aimlessly? Then there is a strong possibility that you could be an impulse buyer and your budget will suffer terribly.  Saving money for that cosmetic procedure you'd like to have will end up waiting for a very long time (or you may have to scrap your plans altogether) if you're an impulse buyer.

Some people don't even use the products that they buy.  Do you have clothing you've purchased over a year ago...with the tags still on them?  Another thing to consider is when you put impulse buys on credit cards and you can't afford to pay them off, it ends up costing you even more than the ticket price because of the interest rates!  How to avoid making impulse buys - Make a list of the things you need "before" you go to the store.  It could also be a good idea to look into some other activities (besides strolling the mall), that don't tempt you to spend money when you're bored.

The main thing is, if you impulse buy, you will not save any money.  If you don't save any money, you'll never reach your goal of being able to have that cosmetic procedure you've been looking forward to having.  Try your best not to become or to stop being an impulse buyer.
