10 Years of Suffering from a Permanent Injection!

 

Is it just me, or has our culture gone completely mad when it comes to trying to attain what the media tells us is beautiful? This poor woman, trying to correct her lips to look more symmetrical, says that she has endured 10 years of expense and pain due to a permanent injection gone wrong.

 

When I see videos like this one it makes me wonder if there will be a day when we won’t be able to tell anyone apart due to everyone trying to achieve the look that is considered beautiful at this moment. Lips are lips for crying out loud and are a part of our face that gives us uniqueness.

 

I truly understand someone wanting to correct a severe malformation, but honestly is getting the ‘in’ look worth all of this risk? I feel like the whole search for perfect features is out of control!
