In the state of Texas the only qualification needed for a doctor to call himself a plastic surgeon is that he is a medical doctor and no special training is required. When plastic surgery, a highly specialized area, is preformed by someone without the extra training it can become a nightmare situation.

One plastic surgeon in the state, that spends most of his time fixing other doctors mistakes, explains a less invasive way to deal with giving someone back their youthful appearance by redistributing fat. This procedure is also much less expensive than techniques that are generally used and makes a lot of sense.
