If you know you're saving money for your cosmetic procedure, you know ahead of time that you do not want to spend a lot of money on entertainment.  On the otherhand, if you end up getting bored, you'll soon fall off of your savings wagon!

With a little quick thinking and creativity, finding ways to entertain ourselves without spending a lot of money can be quite easy.  Free concerts - Most cities have free concerts but you have to look for them.  Check your local newspapers or Google your town and state with "free concerts" in quotes. 

Rent DVD's and pop popcorn - Renting DVD's can be a lot cheaper than going to the movies.  As we all know, ticket prices have soared to over $10 a ticket in some areas.  A night at h

ome with some popcorn and a good DVD...sounds perfect! 

Parks - Depending where you live, some areas have amazing parks!  Take advantage of them.  Going for a walk and taking the kids to the playground can be refreshing and lots of fun. 

Board games - These work for kids as well as adults.  At first, you may not feel like you're into it, but once you get started, sometimes it's hard to stop!

For the adults; go to a poetry reading - It's free unless you decide you'd like a drink. Hey, write a poem or choose one of your favorites and join in on the readings! 

You get the general idea.  There are many more things you can do if you put your mind to it.  Entertaining ourselves does not always have to cost a lot of money, or even any money for that matter. With the money you're saving from indulging in overpriced entertainment, you'll be that much closer to your goal of cosmetic surgery.
