Eating out is not a necessity, but it is one of those things that we tend to do for ourselves as a reward for working hard for the week, or because we're just too tired to cook.  Here are a few ways you can save money for that cosmetic surgery and still be able to eat out! 

Order one dinner - If you go to a restaurant with a partner, order one dinner and an appetizer and split it. Most restaurants tend to serve too much anyways, so instead of two dinners, try splitting one. 

Make a second dinner on left-overs - You'll have to change the way you eat a little but believe me, it will be worth it when you sport your new look!  Start by eating your veggies and your fries or bread first.  You might be so full from eating all of the warmup stuff that you end up not eating much meat.  Take the meat home and use it for a second dinner the next night and you've got two dinners for the price of one! 

Keep in mind, this may involve a little sacrifice, but it's all temporary and all for a purpose...to get closer to that ultimate goal of getting that cosmetic surgery.
